- Make sure the barcode is clean and undamaged
- If a barcode isn't recognized, try scanning it again or use the manual entry option

- Scan your first item and wait for confirmation
- Continue scanning additional items without exiting the scanner

Managing Your Subscription
Your subscription is managed through the app store you used to download Kojo:
